Applium is a Qualiopi certified training organisation

After Datadock, Applium obtained its Qualiopi certification as a training organisation.

With a favourable opinion issued by Socotec, Applium confirms its desire to support its clients in the development of SAP solutions by respecting the quality criteria of the Qualiopi mark.
Qualiopi certification, which is mandatory for the payment of training costs, is issued by an auditing body that ensures that the quality of the process implemented by the providers of skills development activities is respected

Applium employee certifications

In addition to these corporate certifications, many Applium employees have SAP, OpenText and Microsoft certifications.

Each year, 20% to 30% of Applium's functional and technical consultants pass SAP certifications in the following categories:

SAP Certified Development Associate
SAP Certified Technology Associate
SAP Certified Consultant
SAP Certified Application Associate
SAP Certified Integration Associate
SAP Certified Technology Professional

By 1 January 2022, 70% of Applium consultants will have at least SAP certification.

Several consultants and project managers also have additional certifications: ITIL, PMP, Prince2...
Certifications are managed in an internal skills management tool and monitored by the HR department and the managers of the consultants concerned.
