At a time when the world is facing an unprecedented health and economic crisis, we are following developments in the situation with the utmost attention, and are continuing to strictly apply the authorities’ recommendations, while respecting the safety of our customers and employees.
From the week of March 9 to 13, we extended the possibility of working remotely from home to all our employees. We have all the tools (Microsoft Teams for meetings, telephony and document sharing, remote access to our IT environments and SAP customer environments) to ensure business continuity with minimum impact.
Following Emmanuel Macron’s announcement on the evening of Monday March 16 of the implementation of a general lockdown, we have required all our employees, where their family situation allows, to work from home.
At present, we are able to ensure the continuity of our TMA, TME and SAP maintenance operations.
We will therefore remain at your side to continue to ensure the smooth running and evolution of your SAP environments during this particular period.
