For the 7th consecutive year, SAP has renewed the PCoE “Partner Center of Expertise” certification of Applium’s SAP CSM “Support and Maintenance Center“;
After an extensive and increasingly drastic audit, SAP has confirmed its recognition of the ability of the Applium CSM teams and organization to carry out this publisher maintenance on its behalf, all in compliance with the standards and quality requirements imposed by the publisher.With this certification, the publisher enables the teams of experienced consultants of its partner DVA Applium to provide full resale and maintenance services (level 1 and level 2) for its entire range of On Premise* solutions until June 30, 2025.
Strong commitments for PCoE partners
PCoE certification includes value-added prerequisites:
- Obligatory connection of all customers under SAP maintenance contract to the Solman monitoring platform (latest version)
- Obligation to certify consultants on all products sold and supported
- Demo systems on the partner’s premises, covering all the products and versions it maintains or resells as part of its contracts.
- A system for reporting and tracking incidents both internally and to all contract customers
- A clear escalation procedure, as well as all information and contacts for maintained customer systems, so that you can react urgently if necessary.
