As an SAP customer, you may find it increasingly difficult to access the full range of expertise required to maintain and evolve your SAP environments. The SAP offering has grown considerably and requires the involvement of a variety of experienced functional and technical profiles, whose skills are difficult to maintain internally or even to find on the market.

Moreover, the processing of certain needs requires very specific assistance, sometimes only a few hours. Traditional methods of intervention do not provide a satisfactory response.

In response to these different needs, Applium, an integrator dedicated to SAP solutions, has set up a Centre for Support and Maintenance (CSM) which allows clients to benefit from a complete range of SAP services invoiced on a consumption basis (by the hour) and without any volume commitment.


Applium's CSM is certified by SAP for its maintenance activities (SAP PCoE certification).

Applium service offering

Applium offers a complete range of services as part of a dedicated Maintenance organisation:

Corrective Maintenance

Bringing the solution into conformity following the detection of anomalies noted by users of the solution in relation to the General Functional Specifications of reference.

Evolutive Maintenance

Handling of new user needs such as an evolution of the configuration, the implementation of new functionalities or a new specific development (the priority being to remain within the standard).

Mini-projects

These are developments requiring a business process overhaul and/or having an impact on several SAP modules. In general, any change requiring more than 10 days of intervention is handled in "Mini-Project" mode.

SAP Environments BC services

Taking into account all system administration and operation tasks to keep SAP environments up to date and running smoothly.  

Authorisation management

Centralisation of all changes in user roles and authorisations, ensuring compliance with your segregation of duties rules.

User support (help desk)

Real-time access to functional and technical SAP experts to respond to SAP user requests

The implementation of these services allows SAP customers of the CSM Applium


  • real-time access to a multi-skilled team covering all functional and technical subjects related to SAP or third-party solutions (senior profiles, more than 9 years of experience with SAP on average).
  • control budgets by having access to "On Demand" services invoiced on a per-use basis or as part of lump sums.
  • to have dashboards and indicators to measure and manage the service and the commitments made by Applium.

The commitments made by Applium and the levels of service provided can be adjusted according to the expectations of clients in terms of responsiveness in dealing with requests and the scope of the services required. Interventions can be carried out remotely or on site. Invoicing can be done on a monthly or annual basis or on a time basis, with invoicing starting at an hourly rate.

Means and tools

Applium has extensive resources to ensure customer satisfaction in support:

  • Telephone reception from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday (monitoring of all incoming and outgoing calls),
  • Extended hours and on-call duty on request
  • Multidisciplinary team dedicated to support and maintenance activities,
  • Several SAP servers on which the various SAP solutions are installed (S/4HANA, ECC, Solman, Adobe, Fiori, OpenText, Webdynpro, etc.),
  • Tools to manage activities, documentation and various exchanges with customers
  • Modern, high-performance support portal for monitoring all activities (exchanges on tickets, documentation, quotes, service catalogue, budget monitoring, compliance with SLAs, etc.).

SAP standard Maintenance

As a VAR (Value Added Reseller of SAP On Premise and Cloud solutions), Applium offers SAP support to its clients and acts as the first level of expertise. Applium is PCoE certified (Partner Center of Expertise Certification), a certification imposed by SAP worldwide that came into force on 1 January 2012. The certification was renewed in April 2014, June 2016, June 2017, January 2019 and December 2020.

SAP standard Maintenance is provided by Applium's CSM (same teams as for Application Managed Services, Outsourcing services and hosting services).

Clients who entrust Applium with AMS, outsourcing services and SAP Standard Maintenance benefit from a single point of entry covering :
